"When GROWTH MATRIX came out just before my
comp. I was already eyeing it up for a trial immediately afterwards. Reading
the label it's evident that Reflex GROWTH MATRIX is a good product and an ideal
post workout drink, which is what it's aimed to be. However, knowing there could
be a taste issue - and reading an actual noting on the pot that GROWTH MATRIX
has a bitter taste - I thought this truly must taste awful. My first sip confirmed
my thoughts . GROWTH MATRIX is so awful tasting I've suggested people try my
shake when it's made just to see them squirm.
Almost 4 weeks on (toward the end of the tub)
I've got used to the taste and really don't mind having it. But best of all,
I think it's worked brilliantly as a post workout shake and certainly helped
with my recovery now that I'm hitting the heavier poundages again. Unfortunately,
I think because of the poor taste this product will not sell very well and so
I can't see it being produced for too long (unless the taste factor is improved).
I'm going to start another pot though so it gets my thumbs up and if you can
bare the taste it should get yours. "
(Note by Pete - I agree with Matt on the taste, but having seen how Matt seems
to be recovering between workouts especially as he's training his legs extremely
hard with only a days rest between sessions, I would have to agree, if you are
a seriously hard-core trainer and pushing your body to the limit and beyond,
the taste issue should not be a factor to put you off using this remarkable
product. It's not for everyone, but then, not everyone trains hard enough to
benefit from it!)

Signaling your muscles via L-Leucine.
Growth Matrix contains a massive 7,000mgs of free form L-Leucine for its ability
to initiate biological signaling via mTOR (mammalian target of rapamycin) -
in simple terms it's a vital component of Growth Matrix which may trigger increased
protein synthesis when combined with hydrolysate protein and carbohydrate when
taken after resistance exercise.
