In the quest for an alternative protein to Prolab pure
whey, with a very low carb. content, high
protein content, yet still offering incredible value for money, I gave
Reflex Nutrition Instant Whey a go. Being very particular about
the quality and value of products we offer customers of Gym
Ratz, I have given this whey protein a thorough testing, and
recommended it completely. Customer feedback from the shop has also been very
favourable, Reflex Instant Whey Protein has now become our
biggest selling and re-ordered protein powder even though it's
only just been added to the web-site.

All flavours taste excellent, even the Vanilla and Banana, both of which can
be a little "dodgy" for many manufacturers. NEW flavours Choc/Mint,
Raspberry, Blueberry & Fruit Punch ... Taste reviews as follows.
In order of preference
Chocolate/Mint - Tastes identical to mint/chocolate Cornetto
Ice-creams. Delicious !
Raspberry - Very similar to Raspberry Ripple Ice cream. Very
pleasant.
Blueberry - Instant resemblance to Blueberry Muffins. different
but very pleasant.
Fruit Punch - For those old enough to remember "Fruit Salad"
chews, then that is the taste, a sort of fruity custardy mix. very pleasant,
and nicer than most manufacturers Banana flavours. Just not my personal
choice of preference.
I give this Whey Protein a
9.5 out of 10 rating for taste, quality, mixabillity and value
for money.
All in all, a very brave step by Reflex to introduce a huge variety to the
protein market, but I'm sure it will pay off as ALL the new flavours are extremely
palatable (to me anyway). Everyone at Gym Ratz loves and uses Reflex products,
I'm sure if you haven't tried them yet, you'll be pleasantly surprised by the
quality and value offered by the whole Reflex range.
